Matthew Wells

Live from the Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand is UFC Fight Night 110: Lewis vs. Hunt.

The event features a heavyweight bout between two of the most powerful men in the entire sport: Derrick Lewis and Mark Hunt.

The heavy sluggers are both ranked inside the top ten of the big boy division, with Lewis currently holding the number six spot, while Hunt is currently ranked seventh. Lewis is riding a six-fight win streak with his eyes on the heavyweight title. Hunt has experienced a few bumps in the road in his last outings, but with his one-shot knockout power, can end any fight at any moment.

The co-main event of the evening will see “Judo” Daniel Kelly take on Derek Brunson in a middleweight clash that could produce surprising results. Kelly has defied the clock with his ageless performances in recent walks to the Octagon. Brunson stands to prove a true test for Kelly with his explosive power and always-forward tendencies.
